Refund Policy

Eligible cases

A refund request may be approved for a duplicate charge, a confirmed payment without access delivery, technical inability to provide the paid service, or an incorrect amount caused by the service.

Each case is reviewed individually, considering delivered digital access, payment provider rules, and applicable requirements. A sports prediction result by itself is not a refund reason.

How to request a refund

Contact Profile support and provide your Telegram ID, payment date, amount, order identifier, and a short description of the issue.

Never send a full card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, passwords, or confirmation codes. The decision and instructions will be delivered through the bot chat.

Timing and method

Once approved, the refund is initiated through the available payment provider method. The actual crediting time depends on FreeKassa, Telegram, the bank, or another payment participant.
