1. About the service

WinRate AI is an informational sports analytics service. The WinRate AI Service Administration provides access to data, probabilities, AI analysis, and the history of published predictions.

The service is not a bookmaker, does not accept wagers, does not manage user funds, and does not guarantee prediction accuracy, winnings, or profit.

2. Access and payments

Pro is digital access to published content and service features for the period shown before purchase. The plan scope, price, currency, and access period are displayed before payment.

Payment may be processed through FreeKassa, Telegram Stars, or another option shown at checkout. Payment details are handled by the selected provider. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, each payment is one-time and does not renew automatically.

Access is activated after successful payment confirmation. If activation is delayed, the user may contact in-app support.

3. Acceptable use

The user confirms they are at least 18 years old, evaluates all materials independently, and remains responsible for decisions made outside the service.

Interference with the service, access restriction circumvention, bulk copying, resale of materials, and unlawful use are prohibited.

The Administration may perform maintenance, change features, and restrict access in case of abuse. Material changes to these terms will be published in the service.

4. Liability

Sports are unpredictable, and source data may be incomplete, delayed, or changed by providers. Materials are supplied for information purposes as available at publication time.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, the WinRate AI Service Administration is not liable for losses caused by user decisions, third parties, Telegram, payment systems, hosting, or sports data providers.
